Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Line a glass baking dish with tomato roundels and sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top.3. Place chicken breasts covering the tomato layer and spread pesto on top. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top. 4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven.5. Place mozzarella cheese roundels on top covering the layer and sprinkle some mixed dried herbs, crushed peppercorns and salt.6. Put the dish back into the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.7.
