Petha Ladoo recipes - Mawa Pethe Ke Laddoo - Petha Ladu Recipe | Nisha Madhulika

Petha ladoo is prepared by combining petha, mawa and dry fruits. You can serve these super delicious mawa petha ladoos during fasting days as well.

Ingredients

Petha – 200 grams
Mawa – 200 grams (1 cup)
Green cardamom – 4-5
Pistachios – 10-12
Cashews – 10-12
Desiccated coconut – 1/3 cup

Directions

Getting ready:

1.In a bowl, grate the petha with a grater. Chop the cashews and slice the pistachios. Crush the green cardamom seeds using mortar pestle into fine powder.

Making:

2.Start with roasting the mawa in hot pan by stirring rigorously til a slight colour change. Turn off the flame and transfer it on a plate. Add petha, cashews, pistachios and crushed green cardamom to the warm mawa and mix everything really well.

3.Prepare ladoos with desired size from the mixture and dust them evenly with desiccated coconut and plate on a serving plate. Petha ladoos are ready to serve.

Serving:

4.Garnish these divine petha ladoos with some pistachios and serve them as a dessert or during fasting.
