Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Cream Frosting:
-Ice cubes as required
-Olpers Cream chilled 300ml
-Sugar powdered 3-4 tbs
-Coconut essence tsp
Prepare Tres Leches Milk:
-Coconut powder 100g
-Pineapple syrup 1 Cup
-Olpers Milk 1 Cup
-Coconut essence tsp
-Condensed milk 250ml
Prepare Cake:
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 5
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 5
-Cooking oil Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Pineapple juice Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & Cup
-Namak (Salt) tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) as required
-Pineapple chunks
-Cherries

Directions:
Prepare Cream Frosting:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add sugar,coconut essence & beat well until stiff peaks form & set aside.
Prepare Tres Leches Milk:
-In a jug,add coconut powder,pineapple syrup,milk,coconut essence,condensed milk,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Cake:
-In a bowl,add egg whites & beat well until foamy.
-Add caster sugar & beat well until stiff peaks form & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg yolks,cooking oil,vanilla essence,pineapple juice,caster sugar & beat well.
-Place sifter on a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder & sift together.
-Fold gently & beat well.
-Gradually add egg white meringue & fold gently with spatula.
-On greased baking dish,pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 35 minutes.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-Poke holes with the help of wooden skewer,pour prepared tres leches milk,cover & let it rest for 1 hour then refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until chilled.
-Add & spread prepared cream frosting & set evenly.
-Sprinkle desiccated coconut,decorate with pineapple & cherries.
-Cut into slices & serve chilled!

-Cheeni aur coconut essence dalker stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Tres Leches Milk:
-Jug mein coconut powder,pineapple syrup,doodh,coconut essence & condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan whisk ler lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cake:
-Bowl mein anday ki safedi dal ker foamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bareek cheeni dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday ki zardi,cooking oil,vanilla essence,pineapple juice aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,namak aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.
-Gently fold ker ka ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka egg white meringue shamil karein aur spatula ki madad sa gently fold ker lein.
-Greased baking dish mein tayyar batter dal ker few times tap karein.
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Wooden skewer ki madad sa holes ker lein,tayyar tres leches milk pour ker ka dhak dein aur 1 hour kliya rest dein phir 3-4 hours or thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Tayyar cream frosting dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Khopra dal ker pineapple & cherries sa decorate ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
