Ingredients
Muslin cloth
250 gms overnight soaked chole
Tea leaves: 1 Tablespoon
Cloves: 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick: 2
Green cardamom: 4
Black cardamom: 2
Bay leaves: 2
Black pepper: 5
Amla dry: 2
Ginger: 6
Green chillies: 3
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
dried mango powder: 1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi powder: 1 teaspoon
Ajwain: 2 Tablespoons
4-5 garlic pods
Tamarind water: 1 tablespoon
Black salt and regular salt
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Dhania powder: 1 teaspoon
Jeera powder: 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate powder: 1 teaspoon
Fried potato cut into 6 pcs: 1
Fried paneer: 1 cup

Method Of Preparation
Soak chole overnight,
Take a muslin cloth and put tea leaves, cinnamon, cloves, green & black cardamom, bay leaves, black pepper in it and make a (potli) out of it.In a pan/ cooker put soaked chole along with the (potli) spices, salt add water and allows this to boil or pressure cook.
Heat oil in a pan, saute ajwain, ginger, garlic & green chillies. Then add cook chole with turmeric powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder, pomegranate powder, dried mango powder & kasuri methi powder. Add water, pinch of black salt, tamarind paste, salt to taste and cook it over low flame
Once cooked add fried potato and paneer, garnish with chopped coriander.
