Pineapple and Pumpkin gravy is a dish from Karnataka. In Karnataka, it is called Pineapple Gojju / ಗೊಜ್ಜು . This recipe is Sweet and Tangy in Taste. I have used Raw Mango Pulp instead of Tamarind pulp for taste enhancement. This pineapple gojju can be stored for 10 - 15 days by refrigerating.
Pineapple and Pumpkin Gravy is suitable for Roti, Rice and Dosa.

Ingredients:

Pineapple - 1 cup
Red Pumpkin - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Red Chillies - ( Byadagi and Guntur ) - 5-6
Jaggery / Gud - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Raw Mango Pulp - 1/2 cup

Masala
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Sesame - 3 tsp
Split Black Lentils - 2 tsp

Salt to taste

For Tempering :
Oil, Hing, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves
