Pineapple Chia Pudding Recipe | Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe or Treat after a meal | Eat East Indian

Chia Seeds are really healthy and nutritious. I usually sprinkle them over cereal or oats but they are best enjoyed when puffed up/swollen like in this dish. Combine sweet and tart pineapple with Chia mixture and top up with dry roasted nuts and coconut flakes. I tell you this tastes incredible and is so wonderful texture wise. I make it sweet with a spoon of Honey but you dont need to.
