Pizza - Double cheese crust pizza with potato wedges - Best Stuffed Crust Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

Maida - 1 cup
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Water - as required
Cheese - 1 cup
Pizza sauce _1/2 cup
Tomatoes - 1 number
Capsicum - 1 number
Olives - 2-3 number
Oregano - ½ teaspoon
Paneer - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Potatoes - 3 number
Corn flour - ½ cup
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
Oil - to deep fry



Method:
For Pizza:

In a bowl add maida, dry yeast and by adding sugar water mix it like soft dough and rest it for 1-2 hours.
Now take a dough roll it like a thin sheet, put the gashes, transfer it into thali.
Then put grated cheese on the edges and cover it with dough.
Now apply pizza sauce, put some onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives, oregano, cheese, paneer, some more capsicum, onion and bake it in the oven till it is done.
For Potato Wedges:
Heat water in a pan, add salt, potato pieces and blanch them for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl add maida, cornflour, salt, red chili powder, mixed herbs and mix well.
Now dust the flour mixture on top of cooked and drained potatoes, deep fry them in hot oil till they are crisp and nice and Serve hot along with pizza
