Plant Based Key Lime Bliss Ball Treats

Let me help you get started on a whole food plant based diet.

Key Lime Bliss Balls:
1 cup walnuts (or cashews)
1 cup medjool dates (10 or 11)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
zest and juice of 1-2 limes (I used about 3 tbsp juice)

Mix walnuts and dates first in food processor. Then add the other ingredients and process it again. Then roll the 'dough' into 1" balls, put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and put in the freezer.
