PLANT IN A JARIngredients1 cup chopped dark chocolate1 cup fresh cream¼ cup chocolate hazelnut sauce2 cups whipped cream8-10 dark chocolate cookies4 fresh mint sprigs Method1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. 2. Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. 3. Add chocolate hazelnut sauce and fold. Add whipped cream and fold again. Add remaining whipped cream and fold well. This is chocolate-hazelnut mousse. 4. Fill a piping bag with mousse and pipe out into individual serving jars filling ¾ of it and tap. Refrigerate till set.5. Put dark chocolate cookies in a zip-lock bag, seal and coarsely crush using a rolling pin. 6. Put some cookie crumb on top of each jar and place 1 mint sprig in the center.7.
