Plum Chicken Wings with Brown Rice

Ingredients for Plum Chicken Wings:
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
Plum sauce 1 cup
Chicken broth 1/4 cup
K&N’s Combo Wings 850 g (13-15)
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Brown Rice:
Brown Rice (soaked) 2 cups
Oil 3 tbsp.
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp.
Chicken stock 4 cups

Directions for Plum Chicken Wings Preparation:
1. In a skillet heat oil and garlic, sauté for a minute.
2. Add flour and cook until fragrant over low flame.
3. Add plum sauce and cook until starts to sizzle. Now add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Thaw K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on the pack.
5. Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on the pack.
6. Add K&N’s Combo Wings into the prepared sauce and toss well over high flame for 1-2 minutes. Add black pepper and salt and mix well.
7. Your Plum Chicken Wings are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Brown Rice Preparation:
8. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, sauté for a minute.
9. Add Chicken stock and bring it to boil. Add salt, black pepper and mix well.
10. Add soaked brown rice and cook until 80% stock dries out.
11. Cover and steam over low flame for 20 minutes.
12. Your Brown Rice is ready. Serve it Plum Chicken Wings and enjoy.
