Add the poha and roast it for sometime. Remove the poha and put it in a bowl.- In another heat some oil. One by one fry groundnuts, dried coconut, coriander seeds & chana. Mix these ingredients into the Poha.- For the tadka, in the same oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies & turmeric powder.
