Ingredients:
1/2 cup thick poha (flattened rice)(soaked in little water)
1 onion finely chopped
2tbsp grated coconut
1/4 cup boiled green peas
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
Coriander leaves
3 green chillies
Juice of half a lime
1/4tsp chat masala
1tbsp powered sugar
Salt to taste
For outer covering
4 potatoes boiled and mashed
11/2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp far am masala
2 slices of bread
1 tbsp milk
Salt to taste

Method:
- In a bowl add poha, onions, green peas, grated coconut, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, green chillies, juice of lime, chaat masala, powdered sugar, salt to taste and mix this all well
- Add Mashed potatoes, corn flour, garam masala and salt to taste
- Soak 2 slices of bread in very little milk and take out the sides add the bread in potato mash and knead it properly
- Apply cornflour to you hand, take big ball of poato mash, make a hole in it and add the poha filling and seal the ball.
- In a pan heat oil, and add the poha kachoris to it and fry well until golden brown
- Poha Kachori is ready !
