Pomegranate has vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid. This fruit acts as a good anti oxidant. Let's see an easy way to deseed the pomegranate. Cut upper part as shown. Don't cut it too deep. Cut off only the skin part. Put cuts along the white membranes that we see. Cut only the skin part and not the seeds. Pull along the cuts so that the fruit opens up into a flower like shape. Remove the white membrane. Remove other waste layers also in similar fashion. Remove the seeds into a plate.
