Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1-2 Green Chilies, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
1-2 medium Potatoes, boiled, peeled & chopped
1 tablespoon Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala
Salt to taste
Water required
Coriander leaves, for garnish

Method:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder & green chilies and fry it well.
Then add the onions and cook it for sometime till it becomes brown.
To this add the boiled potatoes, Ching's Veg Manchurian Masala, a little bit of salt, splash of water and cook the ingredients well.
Serve it with some yummy Masala Poori.
