Pork Misozuke-yaki (Grilled Pork with Miso Marinade) Recipe | Cooking with Dog

We are making Pork Misozuke-yaki, which goes great with steamed rice. This dish is still delicious when cooled so it is great for bento!

* Marinating pork in the fridge is not included in cook time.

3 slices of Pork Loin (150g/5.3 oz)

- Miso Marinade -
1 tbsp Miso
1 tsp Sake
1 tsp Honey

New Cabbage Leaves or Lettuce Leaves, shredded
Shiso Leaves, shredded
Watercress
Cherry Tomatoes
Dressing to taste

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
