Claypot chicken rice is popular in many Asian countries, for example: Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, It's a breeze to put together and tastes absolutely delicious cooking in claypot directly.

Ingredients:
Oil 1 tb
Garlic slices 3 cloves
Ginger slices 1 inch pieces
Green chilly 3 n
Chicken pieces 200 g
Soya sauce (light) 1 tb
Soya sauce (dark) 1 tb
Oyster sauce 1 tb
Mushrooms 250 g
Carrot 2 n
Onion (medium) 1 n
Salt
Chicken stock 2 cup
Rice 1 cup



Directions:
Heat oil in a clay pot add slice of garlic, ginger, add green chilly, chicken pieces, light Soya sauce, dark Soya sauce, oyster sauce, cook this few minutes and add mushrooms, carrot, onion dices, add salt, chicken stock, once come to boil add rice (soak the rice for 30 minutes) mix it well, put the lid on let it cook for 10 minutes, (you can cook this in the oven at 200 c for 20 to 30 minutes) once mix the rice then cook this in a slow flame for 1 more minute, switch off the flame and rest it for 10 minutes and then serve it.
