These crescent pockets have yummy chicken mince filling, sauteed in a pan.POT STICKERS - (Serves - 4)Ingredients1 cup refined flour + for dusting Salt to taste1 teaspoon oil1 cup chicken mince1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 stalk spring onion greens, chopped1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 small onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon soy sauce1 tablespoon oyster sauce1 teaspoon sesame oil1 tablespoon oil Method1. Combine flour, salt and oil in a bowl and knead well into a soft dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Combine chicken mince, garlic, spring onion greens, coriander leaves, onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and salt in another bowl and mix well. 3. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a large disc. Use a medium size cookie cutter and cut out discs from it. 4. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the centre of each disc, bring the edges close to make a crescent and pinch on one side to seal. These are pot stickers. 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add pot stickers and sauté till light golden. Sprinkle some water, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.6. Serve hot with schezwan chutney.
