Potato Chips | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

These Potato Chips are crispy and yummy! They are perfect as a crunchy snack if you are looking out for some munching time.

POTATO CHIPS

Ingredients

3 chip’s potatoes
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying

Method

1. Thinly slice the chip potatoes directly into ice-cold water.
2. Dap the sliced potatoes with absorbent paper to remove the moisuture.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai for deep-frying. Deep-fry the potatoes till golden and crisps.
4. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle salt and mix well.
5. Serve immediately.
