A must try !PRAWN CURRY WITH TOMATOIngredients1 cup prawns, shelled and deveined½ cup tomato pureeSalt to taste½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste4 dried red chillies4-5 cloves4-5 black peppercorns1 teaspoon coriander seeds1 tablespoon oil1 medium onion, chopped1 cup coconut milk2 fresh green chillies, slitMethod1. Take prawns in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and set aside.2. Grind together dried red chillies, cloves, peppercorns and coriander seeds with some water to a fine paste.3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden. Add prepared paste, mix and cook for a minute. 4. Add prawns, mix and sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree and mix well. Add some water, mix, cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.5. Add coconut milk, mix and cook on high heat for a minute. Add green chillies, mix and bring to a boil.6.
