A super quick and super flavourful prawns stir fried with a few spices!PRAWN FRYIngredients12-15 jumbo prawns, cleaned, deveined and washed1st marinationSalt to taste½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder1 lemon wedge2nd marination1½ tbsps ginger-garlic paste1 tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric PowderSalt to taste½ tsp cumin powder½ tsp coriander powder¼ tsp garam masala powderA pinch of chaat masala1 lemon wedge2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves2 tsps semolina (rawa)2 tsps rice flour FryOil for shallow fryingFresh coriander sprig for garnishTo serveRice bhakris as requiredOnion slices as required1-2 lemon wedgesMethod1. Take prawns in a large bowl, add salt, turmeric powder and squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 5-10 minutes.2. Take ginger-garlic paste in another bowl, add red chilli powder, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala and squeeze the juice of lemon. Add coriander leaves and mix well.3. Add the prawns into this mixture and rub the marinade well on each prawn. Add semolina and rice flour and mix. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.4. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, add the marinated prawns a few at a time and shallow fry on both sides till golden and slightly crisp. 5. Transfer the prawns on to a serving plate, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot with rice bhakris, onion slices and lemon wedges.
