Crispy samosas stuffed with prawns and spice blend is a perfect snack for chai-time!PRAWN SAMOSAIngredients15-16 medium prawns, cleaned, deveined and washed1 tsp fresh red chilli, finely chopped1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 tsp crushed black peppercornsSalt to taste6-7 samosa sheetsRefined flour slurry to applyOil for deep fryingRed chilli sauce to serveMethod1. Take prawns in a blender and coarsely blend it.2. Take blended prawns, red chilli, parsley, crushed black peppercorns and salt in a bowl. Mix well.3. Take a samosa sheet on a worktop and add a spoonful of mixture on one end and gently fold into triangle. Seal edges by applying refined flour slurry.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in the samosas and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.5. Transfer samosas on a serving plate.
