PROBABLY ONE OF THE WEIRDEST THINGS I HAVE EVER COOKED PIG'S HEAD AVGOLEMONO SOUP

This really is one of the weirdest things I have ever made. This pig's head avgolemono soup is based on a traditional Greek recipe of that lemony-egg soup with rice. If you can't find a roasted pig's head LOL you can also use chicken or beef.
