Mint masala or Pudina masala is a simple spice mix & this masala can be used in a variety of dishes like Pudina Parantha, pudina poori, pudina masala chaas, pudina wale jeera aloo, pudina & cheese sandwich, sprinkle over kebabs, pudina raita and so much more.
You can prepare the mix and keep it in an air tight container for months.

Ingredients

Pudina Powder – 3tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder – ¾ tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
Heeng (Asafoetida)- ¼ tsp
Roasted cumin Powder – 1tsp
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp
