Lobiya Beans (Black Eyed Beans) Curry is easy to make. It is Protein Rich, Full of fiber, Tasty and Vegan. Add cumin and coriander.- Add bay leaf. Mix well. Add onions.- Add Ginger- garlic paste ( we grinded ginger and garlic pieces with little bit of water to make the paste)- Blend 3 tomatoes with 1/2 cup water to make tomato puree too.- Add Salt, turmeric and red chilli powder along with onions. - Cook for 3-4 mins.- Add tomato puree. Mix well. cook for 2-3 mins. - Add beans, garam masala and curry powder. Add water if required. Add some cilantro leaves. Cover and cook for 3-4 whistles. Once it has cooled down then open the pressure cooker..Garnish with cilantro and serve.
