Grated Carrot - 1/2 kg
Milk - 250 ml
Sugar - 200 g
Cardamom Powder - A Pinch


Dal Recipe :

Moong Dal - 50 g
Toor Dal - 50 g
Water - 1 glass
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Big Onion- 1
Tomato - 1
Curry Leaves - Few
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste

Coarsely Crush :

Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Garlic - 6 pods

Jeera Rice :

Ghee - 2 tsp
Cinnamon - A small piece
Cardamom - 1 pod
Clove - 3
Bay Leaf - 2
Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 5
Green Chilli - 2 (Slit Lenght wise)
Basmathhi Rice - 1 cup (Soak for 1 hr)
Water - 1 & 3/4 cup
Sall to taste
Coriander Leaves

For Frying Onions :

Oil - 1 tbsp
Big Onion - 1
Cashew nuts - 10

Chole Paneer Gravy

Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chole - 50 g (Soak for 8 hrs)
Paneer - 200 g
Bay Leaf - 1
Chilli Powder - 1 & 1/s tsp

To Grind :

Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Corns - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp
Javithri - A Small Piece
Cinnamon - A small piece
Clove - 2
Ginger - Little
Garlic - 6 pods
Green Chilli - 2
Big Onion - 2
Tomato - 2


Aloo Kulcha :

For Stuffing :

Boiled Potato - 3
Green Chilli - 1
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves

For Dough :

All Purpose Flour / Maida - 400 g
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 3 tsp
