Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup Idli Batter 1 Small Onion, finely chopped 1/2 Capsicum, finely chopped 3 Green Chilies, finely chopped 2 tbsp Fresh Coconut, grated 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 1/2 tbsp Rice Flour 1 1/2 tbsp Semolina 2 Pinch of Soda bicarb Salt to taste Ingredients for Tempering: 1 tsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Asafoetida 1 piece Ginger, finely chopped Curry leaves Method of preparation: In a bowl of idli batter add onion, capsicum, green chilies, fresh coconut, coriander leaves, rice flour, semolina, soda bicarb, tempering, salt, mix them well and our punugulu batter is ready to fry. Heat oil in a vessel, add small dumpling of the batter and let them fry on low heat. Once they turn brown take them out.
