Ingredients /सामग्री

• 1 cup flour
• 3 powdered green cardamom
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 tablespoon milk
• ½ cup mava
• Bourbon biscuit 2 packets
• 1/2 cup ghee
• 1/4 cup water
• refined oil as required
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder

Method

●In a bowl, make soft dough using flour, oil, salt, water.
●On other side make stuffing with grated mava, crushed bourbon, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix well
● Roll a part of dough and now stuff it and again roll them
● And then roast it with little ghee
