Presenting to you No Fail Puri for Pani Puri... Perfect Golgappa Puri Recipe.. 
I have prepared this Crispy puri without using soda or baking powder.. It is very easy to make these pooris!!
With the measurement shown in the video 25 - 30 pooris can be made..

Important Note -
While dropping the pooris to hot oil..let the flame be high...and oil should be hot..
And as soon as the pooris puffs/swells up, lower the flame to low flame and fry the pooris until they turn golden..
Don't fry the pooris all at a time. 
If the flame is low while frying pooris, helps in maintaining crispiness of pooris for long time


Ingredients :
1/2 cup fine semolina / rava / sooji
1/2 cup maida / all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp hot oil
1/4 cup water (60 ml)
Oil for frying
