Quick And Easy Gujrati Kadhi (Gramflour And Yogurt Curry) By Arina | India Food Network

Kadhi is a traditional gujarati preparation of a wonderful sweet and spicy curd mixture thickened with gram flour. Gujarati kadhi goes very well with khichdi.

Ingredients:

½ a small white radish, cut into chunks
½ a cup of yogurt
½ a cup water
1-2 tbsp chane ka atta (gram flour)
2 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
Salt to taste

For tempering:
½ a green chilli
Handful of curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ an inch cinnamon stick
2 boriya chillies
A couple of cloves
Ghee (clarified butter)
Coriander leaves for garnishing
1 tsp of jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp methi (fenugreek seeds)
