In this video, I have shown how to make a quick and easy veg lunch with whatever ingredients that are available in your kitchen. So let's head straight into Indian Mom's Kitchen and see how to put together a Veg lunch in under one hour.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
ONION RICE/BHUGA CHAWAL
3 tbsp Oil
2 Onions
2 Bay leaves/Tej Patta
1 Black Cardamom/Badi Elaichi
4 Cloves/Laung
1 Cinnamon/Dalchini
1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera
1/4 tsp Black Pepper/Kali Miri
3&1/2 cups Water
Salt to taste
3 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 cup Rice

ALOO TUK/CRISPY FRIED POTATOES
Oil for deep frying
2 Potatoes
Salt
A little Chilli powder
A little Chaat Masala
A little Amchur/Dry Mango powder

ATTA SEERO/DESSERT
3 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Wheat flour
2 tbsp Besan
1 tsp Khus Khus
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 tsp Cardamom powder
A handful of Cashew nuts
