1 Tsp Urad dal
1 Sprig Curry leaves
1 Green Chilli
1 Tsp Ginger- grated
2 Tbsp Carrot
2 Tbsp Capsicum
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp Baking soda

Ginger Chutney
Ingredients:
2 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Urad Dal
3 Kashmiri Red Chili
1 Red Chili
1.5 inch Ginger
Small Piece Tamarind
3/4 Cup Grated Fresh Coconut
Rock Salt
1 Tsp Jaggery
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
