Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless small cubes 100g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) tbs
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Peek Freans Saltish Biscuits 2 packs (48g each) or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Pizza sauce
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Corn kernels boiled
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Black olives sliced

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,yogurt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
Assembling:
-On a cast iron plate,add saltish biscuits,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,saltish biscuits,pizza sauce,cooked chicken,capsicum,onion,corn kernels,tomato,cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed,dried oregano & black olives.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C until cheese melts (10 minutes).
-Serve hot!

-Adrak lehsan paste,tandoori masala,dahi aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Cast iron plate per saltish biscuits,mozzarella cheese,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,saltish biscuits,pizza sauce,cooked chicken,shimla mirch,pyaz,corn kernels,tamatar,cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano & black olives dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein (10 minutes).
-Garam serve karein.
