INGREDIENTS
1. Corn - 1 Cup
2. Onions - 1/2 Cup
3. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
4. Bread Crumbs - 2 Tablespoons
5. Rice Flour - 2 Tablespoons
6. Bengal Gram Flour - 2 Tablespoons
7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoons
9. Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Green Chilli Paste - 1 Teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
12. Ginger Pieces - 1 Teaspoon
13. Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
14. Chopped Coriander - 1/2 Cup
15. Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup

Normal corn is used to make the kebabs
Sweet corn also could be used
Any other vegetables could also be used
We need to grind the corn into a paste first
To a mixie jar, add 1 cup corn.
Grind it into a paste without adding water and grind it into a paste
The paste doesnít need to be very soft
Move it into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons rice flour, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons bengal gram flour, chopped capsicum, chopped onions, any other chopped vegetables, 1 teaspoon green chilli paste, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (either green chillies, chilli powder or both could be used), 1 teaspoon chopped ginger, 1/2 teaspoon chat masala or garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix
Don't add water unless the dough is very thick
Add 2-3 tablespoons corn and mix
Put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
This will allow the mixture to set nicely
After minutes, wet your palms and make balls of desired shape and size
Poke a tooth pick in it
Heat oil in pan and fry the kebabs on low to medium flam
Flip and fry till it turns golden brown on all sides
