Quick Garlic Spaghetti | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A quick and simple recipe of boiled spaghetti tossed with garlic and fresh parsley topped with cheese.

QUICK GARLIC SPAGHETTI - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons chopped garlic
200 grams spaghetti, boiled
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup vegetable stock
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese + for garnishing

Method

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till light golden.
2. Add vegetable stock and salt and mix. Add spaghetti and toss to mix.
3. Add parsley and parmesan cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute.
4. Serve hot garnished with some parmesan cheese.
