QUICK JEERA CHICKENIngredients1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)300 grams boneless chicken breast2 tbsps oil 2-3 green chillies, sliced 1 large onion, sliced 1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Fresh coriander sprig for garnish Method 1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and set aside.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute.3. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add chicken pieces and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes.4. Cover and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix. Take the pan off the heat and transfer jeera chicken into a serving bowl.6. Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
