Ingredients1 cup full-fat milk¼ cup cooked rice, mashed3 tbsp condensed milk½ tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder2 pinches nutmeg (jaiphal) powderFor the garnish ¼ tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder¼ tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powderFor servingPurisMethod1. Heat the milk in a broad non-stick pan, add the rice, mix well with help of a whisk.2.
