✅ Thai Veg Salad: Healthy, hearty, and loaded with colourful veggies this Thai Garlic Sesame Peanut Veggie Salad is as scrumptious as it looks. It’s tossed in a flavourful dressing and topped with mint, cilantro, and lime juice and will make a perfect addition to really any meal. ⁠

(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
For Dressing
Garlic chopped - 1tsp
Salt - a pinch
Jaggery (powdered) - 3 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Soya sauce (light) - 2tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Peanut butter - 1tbsp
Sesame oil - 1tbsp

For Salad:
Mango sliced - 2cups
Cabbage shredded - 1cup
Purple cabbage shredded - 1cup
Capsicum sliced - ½ cup
Raw papaya shredded - 1cup
Carrot juliennes - 1 cup
Spring onions chopped - ½ cup
Mint leaves - a handful
Salt - a pinch
Lemon juice - 2tbsp
Sesame (toasted) - 1tbsp

✅ Roasted Potato Salad: This is a super delicious potato recipe that you can enjoy with my recipe of cheese mayo dressing made with a hint of mustard oil, some onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients:
Potato Chunks (peeled) – 3cups
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt – 1tbsp
Oil – ⅓ cup
Garlic chopped – 1½ tbsp

For Dressing:
Mayonnaise/Hung Curd – ¼ cup
Cheese (spread or soft cheese) – ¼ cup
Salt – to taste
Kasoori methi powder – a pinch
Chilli flakes – 2tsp
Onions chopped – ¼ cup
Mustard oil – 1½ tbsp
Tomatoes chopped – ¼ cup
Spring onions chopped – a handful
Coriander chopped – 1tbsp
Papri – 6nos

✅ Coleslaw Salad: Coleslaw is made of juicy, crunchy & colourful veggies with complementary flavours & textures. Basically, it’s a cabbage salad that has a mayonnaise dressing & seasoned with a dash of pepper.

Ingredients:
Cabbage shredded – 1½ cup
Carrots shredded – 1cup
Capsicum shredded – ¼ cup
Onions grated – 1 tbsp
Spring onions chopped – ¼ cup
Mayonnaise – ½ cup
Milk – 4tbsp
Mustard powder – 1tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar – 2tsp
Lemon – 1no
