Ingredients:

1/2 Carrot, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Cabbage, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
1 tsp Black Pepper
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Method:

- In a large bowl add chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumber, sweet corn, coriander leaves, black pepper & salt.
- Toss everything well.
- Salad is ready!
