Stay fit, Stay healthy!INGREDIENTS1/2 Cup cooked Quinoa1 Cup Mixed Greens (Lettuce, Kale, baby romaine, Swiss Chard, arugula etc.) Cherry Tomatoes 1/4 - 1/2 cups1/2 Avocado/Butter fruit Sliced1 Tablespoon Onions, cut lengthwise1 Tsp/Tablespoon Olive oil (Per choice)2 Tsp Lemon JuiceSalt (Preferably Pink Salt)Black pepper per tasteFew walnuts and AlmondsFeta Cheese (Optional)METHODTake cooked quinoa in a large bowlAdd all the ingredients and mix well. You can also add feta cheese for added flavor.Serve as main dish with a protein source or on side. Enjoy!
