Quinoa Avocado Salad - Quick, Healthy and Tasty | Healthy Indian Twist

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup cooked Quinoa
1 Cup Mixed Greens (Lettuce, Kale, baby romaine, Swiss Chard, arugula etc.)
Cherry Tomatoes 1/4 - 1/2 cups
1/2 Avocado/Butter fruit Sliced
1 Tablespoon Onions, cut lengthwise
1 Tsp/Tablespoon Olive oil (Per choice)
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt (Preferably Pink Salt)
Black pepper per taste
Few walnuts and Almonds
Feta Cheese (Optional)

METHOD

Take cooked quinoa in a large bowl
Add all the ingredients and mix well. You can also add feta cheese for added flavor.
Serve as main dish with a protein source or on side. Enjoy!
