This wholesome nutritious bar has the goodness of quinoa, dates and honey with the richness of pistachiosQUINOA PISTACHIO BARS - (Serves - 4)Ingredients½ cup roasted quinoa¼ cup roasted crushed pistachios1 cups seeded dates1 tablespoon honey2-3 tablespoons dark chocolate chipsA pinch saltOil for greasingMethod1. Coarsely grind dates in an electric food processor and transfer in a bowl. 2. Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well.3. Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture in it and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.4.
