With the limited supply due to lockdown, this is exactly the kind of recipe you need so that you do not need to miss having your favorite sweet dish.Malai roll are usually made of out chenna but we are substituting it with bread in this recipe and preparing an easy version of the traditional Bengali sweets with just a handful of ingredients readily available in any pantryIngredients:1 tbsp butter1 cup milk2 cups milk powder3 tbsp condensed milk½ tbsp cardamom powder4-5 slices of breadMethod:For the filling – Add 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup milk powder, 3 tbsp condensed milk, ¼ tbsp cardamom powderMix well, stir till the consistency gets thicker.
