Mighty Millet series- Ep 4

Ingredients:
Ghee -2 1/2 tbsp
Ragi -1 cup
Jaggery powder -1/4th cup
Mejdool Dates - 6
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :
-Roast ragi with ghee on low medium flame till it turns aromatic.
- grind together roasted ragi flour, jaggery powder, dates & cardamom powder till it forms a dough.
- knead with your greased palms & shape into modaks.
- enjoy healthy millet modaks
