Ragi Sankati Ragi Recipes #MilletKhazana Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Rice balls are good, but ragi balls are better. Try this healthy alternative to rice balls. Can be eaten for breakfast or lunch, nutritious and filling.

RAGI SANKATI

Ingredients

1 cup finger millet (ragi) flour
Salt to taste
1 cup short grain rice, washed, soaked for 20 minutes and drained
Ghee for greasing + for drizzling
Baingan ka salan to serve

Method

1. Bring 3 cups water along with salt to a boil in a deep pan. Add rice, cover and cook till the rice is done.
2. Add ragi flour and mix till well combined.
3. Grease your palms with a little ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball.
4. Drizzle some ghee over the ragi balls and serve hot with baingan ka salan.
