I've teamed up with Premier Protein to bring you these RAINBOW SMOOTHIES for summer!

RAINBOW SMOOTHIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Red layer:
1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
ice if needed to thicken

Orange layer:
1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
1 cup carrots
1/2 orange, slices
1/2 cup ice, or more to thicken

Yellow layer:
1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
ice if needed to thicken

Green layer:
1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
1 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 cup ice, or more to thicken

Purple layer:
1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
ice if needed to thicken

PROCEDURE
For each layer, blend ingredients in a high powered blender until super smooth. Add ice to thicken if necessary. We want these layers REALLY thick so they layer on top of each other well.
Once you have each layer made, layer them into a glass on top of each other, in rainbow order.
