Especially made during summer, this is a cooling and refreshing drink.RAITUA (DOODHI CHAAS)Ingredients250 grams bottle gourd (doodhi), peeled and grated2 cups chilled yogurt1 tsp roasted cumin powder¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)Black salt to tasteMethod1. Boil water in a deep nonstick pan. Add grated bottle gourd and cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Drain in chilled water and set aside. 3. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, hing, black salt and whisk well.4. Squeeze the excess water from the boiled bottle gourd and add to the bowl.5. Add 3 cups chilled water and mix well.6.
