Learn how to make Nutritious and Tasty राजगिरा लाडू - Rajgira Ladoo or Amaranth Ladoo with our chef Archana Arte. Navratri Special Rajgira Ladoo is mainly made of Rajgira. It is the only grain which contains Vitamin C, so it would be best thing to have while fasting. Along with that it also has twice the amount of Calcium as milk, which helps in reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Having it with Jaggery in the form of ladoo increases its flavor and gives it more taste. Ingredients:- 200 gms Jaggery - 250 gms Amaranth Method:1. Turn on the flame and heat wok over it 2. Add jaggery to it, and wait till the jaggery melts 3. Turn the flame to low and add Rajgira/Amaranth to it 4. Mix it completely for few minutes, and then, turn off the flame 5. Keep it aside to cool down, and then, take it out in a plate 6.
