Rajma Masala1 tsp. Coriander powder¼ tsp. Turmeric powder1 tsp. Red chilli powderCoriander leaves1 bowl Red beans (soaked for 6-7 hours and the pressure cooked)Stock of Rajma1 potato diced¾ cup Rice (soaked for half an hour)Salt to tasteMethod:-1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaf, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, crushed ginger-garlic, ginger juliennes, green chillies and tomato puree. Cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Add yoghurt, Rajma masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander leaves.3. Now add the Rajma, potato, Stock of Rajma and stir well.4.
