Ramadan pide fresh from oven in Turkey #Shorts

Ramazan pidesi is a traditional soft leavened Turkish bread. #shorts Round and rather flat in form, and having a weave-like patterned crust, Ramazan pidesi is made of wheat flour with yeast and topped with sesame and Nigella sativa seeds.
On normal days you would see a line of people to have fresh pides hot from the oven an hour before the evening pray (The time we break our fasting)

For The Ramadan Pide, You will Need
2 cups of lukewarm water (500ml)
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
about 5+1/2 to 6 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Wheat Germ or semolina or Coarse cornmeal to dust or you can line a baking sheet if you don't have them
For the egg wash:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp plain yogurt (if you don't have add milk)
1 tbsp olive oil
roasted sesame seeds and nigella seeds to sprinkle on top

Bake in 210 C degree preheated oven for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature if it is browned quickly and check for golden color on top and bottom. Don't overcook and dry them.
