Slurp your way into a magical world with this flavourful noodle soup - Ramen on a cold winter evening.RAMENIngredients240 grams instant ramen noodle packet200 grams boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced2 tbsps sesame oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic½ tbsp finely chopped celery stalk2-3 spring onions, sliced with the greens4-5 fresh red chillies, diagonally sliced 5-6 cups chicken stockSalt to taste1 medium carrot, cut into thin roundels8-10 small broccoli florets6-8 button mushrooms, thinly sliced½ cup bean sprouts + for garnishShredded nori for sprinklingChopped spring onion greens for sprinklingToasted white sesame seeds for garnish2 soft boiled eggs to serveMethod1. Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add garlic and celery stalk and mix well. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. 2. Add spring onion bulbs, half of the red chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken stock and mix well. Let it come to a boil. 3. Add salt and mix well. 4. Break the ramen noodles and add into the wok. Let the mixture come to a boil again. 5. Add chicken and mix well. 6. Stir in the carrot, broccoli, button mushrooms and bean sprouts and mix well. Add the instant spice mix and mix well. 7. Add the remaining red chillies and spring onion greens and mix well. 8.
