Chicken boiled and shredded 1 cup2. Spring onion (green part) ½ cup3. Green coriander 3 tbsp4. Green chilies 2 tsp5. Salt ½ tbsp. (to taste)6. Coriander 1 ½ tsp7. Turmeric ¼ tsp8. Chaat masala ½ tsp9. Garam Masala spice ½ tsp10.Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp11. Oil12. Samosa Patti 12-1513. Water and flour slurryMethod of preparation1. Boil chicken and shred it.2. In a pan heat oil, add ginger- garlic paste and sauté then add chicken and mix well.3. Add green coriander, chillies, turmeric, spring onion, and garam masala. Add a little bit of water and cover. Let it cook for 1-2 minute.4. Take samosa patti, fold it and fill with masala and glue the patti with the help of slurry.5. Heat oil in a wok. Fry samosa until golden brown.
